CLIENT PROBLEM
Coles Head Office approached us about 6 months prior to the start of their office fitout project. They were in the process of relocating from their current office to a space better suited for their business growth in Tooronga. As the Head Office fitout was inside a brand new building, we were required to to seamlessly get this job completed alongside many other trades and services.
OUR SOLUTION
We conducted multiple site visits, engaging in thorough discussions to identify the optimal approach for developing the required plans. Our engineers and draftsmen then created the office fitout plans, considering staff headcount and any specific client requirements.
Upon approval of the plans, our construction team swiftly executed the office fitout, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and budget. Coles introduced some changes during the process, which our team seamlessly integrated into the original plans. The result was a fully functional and a very aesthetically pleasing office fitout that left the client very happy.
