T-Garage were in a rush when they came to us as about their office fitout and refurbishment. They need a super quick turnaround and the property they had selected had a lease that was about to commence. They also had many customised sections to their office fitout such as wood partitions which required meticulous planning.

We conducted multiple walk throughs at their South Melbourne location, engaging in thorough discussions to identify the optimal approach for developing the required plans. Our engineers and draftsmen then created the office fitout plans, considering staff headcount and any specific client requirements.
Upon approval of the plans, our construction team swiftly executed the office fitout ensuring T-Garage were about to move in on the planned date. Some alterations were needed by the client which we implemented quickly with the usual high standards we always work to.
